Refund Policy

Cancellation, trial, and refund terms for your Refunder subscription. Please read before you sign up.

The short version. You can cancel your trial anytime within 7 days at no charge. After 7 days, you will be billed at your plan rate unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. You can cancel anytime by emailing support@refunder.ai.

1. Who this policy applies to

This Refund Policy governs all subscriptions to refunder.ai and app.refunder.ai (together, the "Service") operated by Tech SG LLC, a company with its address at 3753 Howard Hughes Parkway, Suite 200-778, Las Vegas, NV 89169 ("we", "us", "our", or "Refunder"). This policy is part of our Terms of Service.

2. Subscription plans

Refunder is offered on a paid subscription basis. Current plans available at checkout:

  • Limited 7-day trial for $0.99, then $49.99 per month until cancelled.
  • Full-access 7-day trial for $1.99, then $49.99 per month until cancelled.
  • Annual Pro Plan for $23.99 per month, billed annually ($287.88 total per year).

The plan, price, billing frequency, and trial terms that apply to you are the ones displayed and confirmed by you at the time of signup. If current pricing differs from the amounts above, the checkout page controls.

3. How trials work

When you sign up for a trial:

  • You are charged the trial fee ($0.99 or $1.99, depending on the plan you pick) immediately.
  • You get access to the features described for that trial tier for 7 days from the signup date.
  • At the end of the 7-day trial, your subscription automatically converts to the full monthly plan at $49.99 per month, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
  • We will send you a reminder email at least 3 days, and no more than 7 days, before your trial is set to end, so you have time to decide.

4. Recurring billing

Monthly subscriptions renew every month on the anniversary of your first billing date. Annual subscriptions renew every 12 months on the anniversary of your first billing date. Each renewal is charged to the payment method you provided at signup.

For the Annual Pro Plan, we will send you a reminder at least 7 days, and no more than 30 days, before the annual renewal date.

5. How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Emailing support@refunder.ai from the email address on your account, or
  • Using the "Cancel subscription" option in your account settings inside app.refunder.ai.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access to the Service until that date.

6. Refunds

Trial cancellation (within 7 days)

If you cancel during your 7-day trial, your trial ends immediately and you will not be charged the monthly subscription fee. The initial trial fee ($0.99 or $1.99) is non-refundable.

When we'll refund a monthly charge

Because Refunder is a digital service and full access is granted immediately after billing, monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged. That said, we will refund a monthly charge when any of the following is true:

  • You were billed due to a technical error on our end.
  • You were unable to access the Service for an extended period because of a Refunder outage.
  • You cancelled your trial on time but were billed anyway due to a system issue.
  • Any other situation where we agree the charge was not fair — email us and explain, and we'll work it out with you.

To request a refund, email support@refunder.ai with your account email and a brief explanation. We respond within 2 business days.

Annual Pro Plan refunds

Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the first 14 days of the billing year, except as required by applicable law. Within the first 14 days of a new annual billing cycle, you may request a full refund by emailing support@refunder.ai.

Chargebacks

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us first at support@refunder.ai. We prefer to resolve issues directly — it's faster for everyone, and we can usually fix legitimate billing problems within a few hours. If a chargeback is opened with your bank, we may need to pause your account while the dispute is worked out between you, us, and your bank.

7. Changes to pricing

We may change our subscription prices from time to time. If we change the price of a plan you are already subscribed to, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the new price takes effect. You can cancel before the new price applies if you do not want to continue.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you by email and update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept them.
